Elgi Electric with over 60 years of experience in Textile Engineering brings you the state-of-the-art yarn conditioning system model PROFIX. The objective of yarn conditioning system is to restore the natural properties of yarn like moisture content and to improve the strength and elongation. The system adopts a unique design with the separate energy vessel outside the conditioning chamber for producing cold saturated steam. This ensures the vacuum level up to 95% in order to gain uniform moisture content in the yarn.

Bobbin Transporting System (BTS)
The Bobbin transport system provides economic advantage to package handling of Ring Spinning. It ensures the protection of roving wound around the Bobbin, which is highly liable to damages during manual transportation. BTS also protects the yarn quality where the Roving defects are transferred. Bobbin Transport System is certainly the area in Spinning Mill where the investment in automation is more easily justified due to labour savings and reduction in yarn faults. Especially in the coarser count spun the labour saving will be higher.

Metal & Spark Diversion Systems
Argus Fire Control manufactures a broad-range of fire suppressing system components for all types of textile production processes threatened by fire hazards or metal contaminants. Through the use of a patented infrared detector, a spark or glowing ember is detected, instantaneously firing a suppression tank, shutting down production equipment and closing dampers to halt the spread of the fire and alerting production persornnel to the incident.
